ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see most of these belts sre free size only so you can just buy n see.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

Go According to your current waste only because that would be better if it is stretchable then you can take 28 also I think that would be fine because I never bought a stretchable belt from the market so I do not know because the hospital is normally get you customised belts after your delivery is if you want you can try 28 also
