my two months old baby suffering with phlegm.it attached to throught.she is suffering with breathing issues .what can I do please tell me some tips

A. hi parent ur kid is just 2 months old , having phlegm, give steam jnhalation along with nasoclear nasal drops , apply Vicks baby rub for chest for relief, keep room warm and cosy, keep baby well wrapped, if baby having difficulty in breathing or difficulty in feeding, consult a doctor immediately
