my triglyceride level is 220...my bp is 165/110.. how to reduce..i am feeding mother...need to take medications? i have thyroid problem also...pls reply

A. Hello For blood pressure you surely need to consult the physician & start medicines also try to follow healthy diet high in Vegetables, salads,. soup pulses & exercise daily to reduce the cholesterol levels.
