my toddler stool has mucous from 4 days..he is healthy active and no other symptoms..only mucus in stool..is there anything to worry?

Q. My daughter is 46 days old . During 3 rd week 2 times she passed white stool. So we took stool test and confirmed it be bacteria so we took taxim o . Last week we Took stool report again. It shows ecoli and mucous .she is doing adequate weight gains ,active and there is no other symptoms. Now the culture test shows ecoli resistant to Ceftraxione and doctor advised for Amikacin IV.
