my baby is 4 months old and have watery stool since yesterday and no other symptoms... should I take her to doctor

Yes you can because there could be multiple reasons behind it so till the time you’re not sure about the reason behind it for the medication cannot be suggested for that you’ll have to visit your doctor so they can advise you with for the medicines to be used
