Q.

My toddler is going to complete 3yrs now... he doesnโ€™t eat much , specially veggies and fruits (a fussy eater) ๐Ÿ˜ž Iโ€™m worried about his nutrition and weight gain.. should I give him some multivitamin syrup?? Or could anyone suggest anything about it? It would be of great help.. Thanks in advance!

A. Hello mom instead of using supplements would suggest you to try our various others ways That you can incorporate fruits and vegetables in certain recipes. Such as soups or colourful Rotis or paranthas using vegetables purรฉe or stuff paranthas same can be done by adding it with rice as well . Fruits in form of juices , popsicles , custard etc

A. hi as per my opinion, if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything ,no need of extra medicines. please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. make food presentation attractive for example offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
