my three years ten months old daughter is having pain in lower abdomen since ten days kindly suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled dout.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult ygour doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

I would suggest you to kindly consult your doctor for this if your child is constantly complaining Office because without a proper physical assessment it’s very difficult to give you correct guidance so you need to check with your paediatrician regarding the situation
