my son will complete one year on August 18th 2024.on that day onwards can I give packet milk to him.if so buffalo or cow.and how much quantity?

A. Hello dear parent! Start giving in small amounts for the first few days. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug cups and sippers to encourage your baby to drink milk. Good luck and take care
