Hello ma’am Your child is quite underweight as per the age so I would advise you to consult a nutritionist as she would advise you and guide you with a proper and the best diet plan for your child at this age with which your child will get all the necessary nutrients and supplements in the food as well as your child will gain proper weight health height and growth as per the age
