my son who is 5 years old is complaining of throat painand difficulty in eating and drinking. what could be the reason and his tonsils looks like this. please help what should be done

A. Namaste Mom, Could make out redness in the area, that quite inidcates infection please consult the dr for medication also you may give the child soft foods which are mildly flavoured
