Q.

my son was having cold and fever since last two days. we have given paracetamol and livocetrazine . now cold is fine but fever is still 100. please guide

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalatiovdn would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

A. good morning I would request you to check the temperature ay intervals of 6 hours I would suggest that you should continue to give paracetamol to the baby will have to make sure that baby is not having fever
