Q.

My son wakes up at 9 am ,as he doesn't sleeps early. Please help . I need A daily healthy food time table.

A. hi parent as the baby is above 1 year of age you can give everything from your diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruit powder

A. It us important to fix a daily routine for babies as this will be carried on for longer time in growing years. To make him sleep in the night on time, first do not feed too much in the night after 8 pm and give 1-2 afternoon naps of not more than 2-3 hours. Include fresh, home cooked, nutritious meal alongwith plenty of liquids. Now try to feed everything you eat, bit with less spices, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, milkshakes with dry fruits, seasonal fruits, mixed vegetable soup, etc. Keep him physically active and reduce screen time.
