my son vageesh is 2yrs and 6 month. he is weak also. please suggest diet chart for him.

If there was a diet chart I would’ve definitely suggested you one but it’s not like that give all the foods made at home plus diet proteins and every meal that you give us protein plays a very important role in our everyday and for progressing age it is required even more
