A. In 2 years, you should feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Give 500-600 ml milk daily in any form. You can include foods like chapati with paneer gravy, oats, dalia, custard, milkshakes with dry fruits, besan and beetroot cheela, veg cutlet, eggs, chicken and fish curry with rice, stuffed parantha, chapati with vegetables, fresh fruit juices, curd, ghee, buttermilk, coconut water, idli-dosa with sambhar, etc.
