A. Dear mum, you should give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. This should include one or two healthy snacks in between. You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add ghee to every meal. Add nuts like almonds and dry fruits to baby’s diet. Give all grains, cereal and pulses. Avoid processed and packaged foods.
