give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

by the age of one year ,kids don't need any specific diet chart
they can take all type of food items which are prepared at home for whole family.
so , just try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
