my son suffering fever above 100°c about 4 days. .. is it viral or something else

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamolu and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and6 give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
