My son Ruham potties and pees many times a day. What could be the reason?

See mam without a physical assessment I cannot confirm the reason but a lot of motion can be associated with teething or stomach infection if it is a loose motion and urine could be due to having plenty of liquids in the diet but check with your doctor once
