Since last 1 or 2 months my child has been suffering from constipation. He is pooping very tight and 7-8 potties in a day. What could be the reason and what is the resolution?

A. Hey! Severe in digestion issues, I guess. Better to check with your consulting paediatrician as the problem is prolonged too much. Follow your advice. Increase the liquid and fibre intake of your child for proper hydration and reducing constipation.
