A. If your son is not having regular bowel movements, it could lead to constipation, which may cause discomfort and pain. While occasional irregularity can be normal, consistent difficulty in passing stool can lead to more serious issues like fecal impaction. It's important to monitor his diet, ensuring he gets enough fiber from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, along with adequate hydration. If he is experiencing discomfort, has hard stools, or if this issue persists, consult a pediatrician for appropriate guidance and potential treatment options.
