my son monthly suffering with cold, in those days he dint had a single meal properly. what should i do in that time

A. Hai good evening !! Usually during cold we elders too dont like to have meals properly. Give water,fluids for hydration during cold, give semi solid foods kichdi,porridges,malts,cerelac,soups ,finger foods for easy digestion ,easy to intake.
