sir are you asking for your 4 months old baby?
if yes ,no food items are needed.
just make sure your child takes breastfeeding well.
mother should feed a child on each breast at least 20 minutes a so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
give massage regularly.
