my son last week went outside and play in sand due to that he got itching in foot so he used to rub always because of that he got black patches in that area where he rubs his leg under foot. I applied coconut oil and tumeric when he sleeps. can suggest any other things else skin cream

That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now. Don't use any medication without doctors advise that too for babies
