my son is very lean he is not gaining weight

well, there is difference between to look lean and to have low weight gain.
so first thing,if your child weighs around 13 to 15 kg then no need to worry about your child physical appearance
but if it is low,if Child is looking dull or pale,then please visit your pediatrician for once and give multivitamin drops as per your doctor's prescription
