my son is very active he speaks everything even he knows everyone in the family he says word properly Nana Nani chacha Chachi papa mumma dada chachu even their names also he pronounce. my concern is that he is not eating food he collects in mouth after few mints he splits. he runs even. he also knows papa's things mumma's things. but not eating

A. It looks to be normal nothing to to worry about this but still for a cuyonfirmation you can take guidance with your your doctor regarding the the doubts and it's always good to clear the things properly
