A. it's depend on age of the baby. in initial 6 months of age baby needs hygiene breast feeding and sterile practices to avoid infections.no medicines are needed in initial 6 months of life time. 6months to 2years of age is crucial as this is the period where a baby develop maximum immunity or organels responsible for immunity (ex:-lymphnodes,tonsils).unsterile food and handling habits during this time will lead to enlargement of lymphnodes and tonsils,for this we need anti pyretics,antibiotics and anti histamines.first 2 years are important for immunization too.maintaing a good record of immunizations favour child healthy future.
