my son is suffering from cold and cough. and also rashes are increasing day by day. so kindly suggest me

Apply atogla lotion on the skin to get relief from rashes. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin.
Secondly
give indirect steam to ur baby two three times a day and put nasal saline drops to unblock nose
