my son is refusing all type of food from last three days. breastfeeding is not enough for him now. what should I do?

children might refuse the food because of different reasons such as loss of appetite having cold or any other kind of irritation.
give the child more amount of breastmilk ok and also water to prevent dehydration and give more amount of fruits which will be usually like the bite the kids
