My son is of 25months but his palms and feet are too hard, he has dry skin. What can be done to soften and moisturise it.

Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. you should give Massage with coconut oil everyday.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid excess usage of cosmetics.
it is better to avoid using soap while bathing your child.
