my son is not taking proper nutrients, please suggest some food items which are rich in nutrition

Well It sure that your child is approximately 5 1/2 years of age at this age of child eats everything that the parents are eating a child is everything that is being prepared at home so there is no specific nutritious diet for the child to be given whatever you are eating is more than enough and nutritious for the child
