A. hi dear Though they're eating more solid foods, babies this age still depend on formula and breast milk as their main source of nutrition. Typically, an 8-month-old baby will have about 24 to 32 ounces of breast milk or formula a day, which breaks down to around 3 to 5 feedings of 6 to 8 ounces per feeding.
