Salads, broccoli, yogurt/curd/butter milk, coconut water, vegetable soup, lemon water, orange, cucumber, muskmelon, watermelon. These are the items you can add into your child's diet during summer season.

please don't force feed your child
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
