my son is hyperactive for everything. he wants to know each aspect of life whether it be general knowledge or family matters . I want to utilise his energy in some productive manner . could u pls suggest me some ways ?

A. hi sure enroll him in the activities he likes for example drawing, music,karate class etc limit your child salt and sugar intake keep your child well hydrated practice yoga or mediation daily limit your child screen time
