My son is having fever from yesterday fever is a juggling between 99.5 to 101 on giving dosage I’m giving 3.5ml p250 as of now Even he had slight cough and cold evening.f

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem can give same medicines for another one day if no response consult a doctor cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake and
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350
