Q.

my girl kid of 3yrs and 7 months is having 101.5° fever for 2 days. Given p250 for every 6 hrs. but still she is having fever... she is not having more temperature in the middle time. Temp is getting raised when nearing 5 to 6 hrs after p250 5ml dosage.... pls help

A. give her pcm 250 dose according to her body weight nd sponge her regularly cuz sponging also reduces 1 degree of body temp. nd make charting of body temp every 5 to 6 hr of of pcm given..do not cover more warm clothes

A. my paediatrician suggested P250 5 ml for every hrs... but still temp is rising after 5 to 6 hrs of dosage..

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 years old and she is getting a fever at every 8 hours so which comes down so ask her mother to consult with paediatrician for proper antibiotic
