Q.

my son is having fever.even it is give paracetamol 250 mg it's not reducing what to do

A. It has a nature to repeat every 3 to 5 hours which is why is suggested to give paracetamol every six hours to the child and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours then consult your doctor and as of now as you mentioned despite of giving medicine and the fever is not reducing then you should consult your doctor once
