my son got 99 fever . what should I do am already giving paracetamol 250 mg , 2.5ml...shall I give antibiotic or not

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there is no need to use fever medicine for 99 degrees Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
