A. please give him ghar ka kadha (mixture of laung, cinnamon,haldi and kali mirch boil in water) with honey.

A. Giving steam to the child indirectly and massage the back chest and throat with warm mustard oil mixed with some rock salt into that and then do hot compress that is also going to help in reducing in melting the cough and congestion
