my son is going loose n chikni fade yellow colour potty from 2 days....nd smtimes vomiting also .. please suggest medication

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it seems baby is having gastroenteritis infection Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
