my son is gng to complete 9month and still has no teeth and doesn't even sit on his own should I need to worry

No dear, There is no need to worry. Some babies got teeth at age of 12-14 moths and that's perfectly normal dear.
Give baby semi solid and solid food like suji kheer oats kheer khichadi daliya mashed potatoes mashed bnana seasonal fruit and veggies soup eggs paneer etc.
