Q.
My son is getting sick very often this season, cold and cough. He seems to be fine for a week but then cold and cough would start again, a mild one. This has been going for more than a month. Please advise how should I take care of him.

Enough nutritious food items and all types of seasonal fruits and observe good hygiene too
