Q.

my son is getting a permanent teeth behind a milky teeth. and the one in front is not even shaking. is it ok ? I think it is called as a shark teeth.. all the teeth will come like this only ?

A. Hi if milk teeth is not falling by it's own and behind the milk teeth permanent teeth is erupting then please visit Pediatric Dentist as early as possible for removal of the milk teeth. as the over retained milk teeth will cause change in position of the permanent teeth.

A. It may look unusual, but this is a far more common occurrence than you may think it. Around 10% of children will experience an adult tooth coming in behind a baby tooth. It's most common in six to seven year old children, around their lower and upper front teeth.
