Q.

my son is getting 4 years old, he understands everything but cannot speak like other kids of his age, he go to school and tries to speak poems in his language, what is your advice

A. Hi Mam, How he is now? What was the thing you took for his speech? It would be helpful.

A. if your child is 4 years old and if child is understanding everything properly but not speaking properly you can consult with your pediatrician once any required speech therapy can be given
