My son is about 2 yr old is having atleast once In a month either fever or cold and cough. Is this normal or anything to be taken cautious? also what might be the reason for frequent sick.?

Cold and cough if it is happening every month could be associated with allergy and the fever could be associated with wine so if you are facing this issue every month with your child and it would be good for you to check with your doctor and get a blood test done for your child for allergy and confirmation of viral or other issue
