My son is about 2 months old. He is not passing motion for past 10 days. On recommendation of doctor, I used glycerine suppository twice. But I always cant rely on it. Tummy massage, applying heeng all i tried but my sin is still constipated. Please suggest some helpful remedy.

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you fycan give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are reyquired but it should be given only in medical supervision .
