Q.

my son is 8 months old and he does not drink water much except some sips and where we are the weather is hot. how can i make him have sufficient water intake and what is the overall ML required for him on daily basis?

A. water should be given to the child in such a amount so that the child is passing urination more than 6 times per day. the colour of urine is pale yellow to transparent. the above two criteria should be achievedd. either directly or indirectly water is given through food and juices or as water. but if it is less urine or it is concentrated urine then kindly give dmore water to the child as well as food rich in water as well as juice from fruits, coconut water, lime water etc

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving sips of water in cute Babyhug cups and sippers to encourage your child to drink water. Keep it around your child when playing, that ways encourage your child to grab the cup to drink water in between. Be patient and persistent in your efforts
