my son is 7 and half month old one month before his diet was quite good but now neither he takes sufficient milk nor any solids. before 15-20 days he used to takes aata biscuits, fruits, khichadi, potato.but now he spills out everything. what to do sir to feed him proper diet. and what can I give him solids and everything.

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. dear mother first try and check that your child is not congested or is not having any kind of other issues such as dating because when kids are not feeling good inside this stop eating good so please do have an observation sometimes you need to change the food also because get get bored if they keep eating same type of food you can introduce Suji ki Idli Suji Chilla some other raw vegetables fresh seasonal fruits as well
