Q.

My son is 6 months old, after getting rashes on his skin, it fills with water and becomes yellow in color and falls off.

A. thats some skin boiles.. do aoply t bact ointme t on it 2 to 3 times a day. avoid scraching it. and keep the affected area ckean n dry.
