my son is 5 year old ,he suffering from skin dryness , so will you please suggest me what to do for his skincare as per photo attached

Nmfe vitamin E cream you should apply regularly 3 to 5 times in the day to begin with and hopefully within a week time you will see a very good difference and then you can continue with it is a pharmacy approved by the doctors which you can use on a very regular basis
