My son is 5 month 10 days old. his weight is 8+ kg, his health is good. till now I haven't given water to my baby, but now my in laws started to force me to give water to baby. What should I do?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom water can be introduced from the age of 6 months once solids have been introduced to them, as now he is 5 months you can start with some liquids such as dal or rice water , vegetable soups or fresh fruit juices
